INGREDIENTS:
3 cups dark chocolate chunks
1 tsp coconut oil
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup mini marshmallows

DRY ROASTED ALMONDS – UNSALTED
METHOD:
- Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method, add in the coconut oil, roasted almonds and mini marshmallows
- Spread the mixture on a parchment paper lined sheet pan
- Place in freezer for an hour or until the chocolate hardens
