1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/3 cup milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Bassé Canadian Maple Nuts
1. Combine all the ingredients together in a glass jar or container and shake (or stir) to combine.
2. Refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning, just before eating, top with Bassé Canadian Maple Nuts
